Brilliant product and excellent shop, we live in NI and they were able to sort out the additional transport costs automatically on the order. I can't tell you how rare that is, we normally get disappointing emails after ordering niche products on line saying they won't ship to us. I would thoroughly recommend specialneedstoys and this swing. Great job all round and the kids are delighted!

Great sturdy product, easy to put together and to secure to the ground. Perfect for our grandson with disabilities to be able to play in his full support swing alongside his twin who is able bodied and can use his hipster swing. They can enjoy playing together on the same activity which is rare. They both love it.

Brilliant, sturdy frame, suitable for two adults. Superfast delivery of the frame, and dome small missing parts were despatched immediately. Great service, great price, and great product.

Very good quality - solid stuff! Easy to assemble - watching the video definitely helps, although I think the current model may be very slightly different (but it's close enough that the video plus the paper instructions gets you exactly what you need). Feels like it will last a VERY long time.

This is a great swing frame - really, really sturdy and delivered very speedily too! Assembly was straightforward but needs two people ideally for some bits as the frame is very big and heavy to lift upright. Once assembled, we attached our own net swing and a single swing which both fitted perfectly as the single swing is smaller than a standard sized one. Happily in use by a small squadron of teens now, and me to lounge on after doing the gardening!

The swing set arrived on time and customer service was excellent when I had to change the date of delivery. The product arrived slightly damaged- no fault of the company as this was due to it being stored and moved at the delivery depot when I had to change delivery. The company promptly sent out the parts we needed, next day delivery and free of charge. The lady I spoke to on the phone was really helpful. The swing itself feels really sturdy- we ordered it as we had a wooden one and it was beginning to wobble where my son (aged 9) was getting bigger. This feels like it will last him many years. Plenty of room on the frame for a nest swing and a normal swing. My son is delighted with it and he now has a great swing to help with sensory regulation. Would definitely recommend.
