The swings are sturdy, and they've been used almost everyday since we've had them. The delivery was good and all parts were there. Assembly was fine. The communication after purchase was exceptionally good. Customer care was excellent m I had some questions and each one was addressed with a thoughtful and knowledgeable answer. We decided to put the swings into concrete and we needed to new stakes, which were sent free of charge. A good safe product. Thank you.

Great customer service. When I rang I was talked through webpage to find the part I required. When I ordered one of the parts I thought I was getting 4, they rang to make sure I hadn't made a mistake. I had and they waited to send my ordered until I had rectified my mistake. Parts arrived within a couple of days. 5 star service
